Do you supply parts and software?
I keep a limited range of parts and software to minimise delays in addressing your requirements.

What can I expect to pay for parts & software?
I source all parts & software at the lowest prices available, and add a small charge to cover the procurement cost & time. Typically, our prices are similar to, or less than, those that you would expect from a typical High St retailer.

Do you supply any used parts?
All parts and software  supplied are new unless I tell you otherwise. I sometimes offer used parts, either to save you money, or because it is difficult to source new items.

Are your parts and software genuine?
Yes, I guarantee that all items supplied are genuine.

Do your parts carry a warranty?
All new parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. I give a 6 month warranty for all used parts supplied.

Can I supply my own parts and software?
You are always free to supply your own parts and software if you prefer. Please note that if this causes a delay, making a second visit necessary, we may make an additional On-Site Visit charge.
