- I usually provide these services at my premises but am sometimes able to visit your home or place of business where necessary.
- I charge by the hour or part hour, but in many cases I can offer a fixed price service, agreed beforehand.
- I subject all my charges to a "fair price" test. This means that I only charge for work completed and, where appropriate, I may reduce the charge according to the actual outcome.
- I carry a range of spares that I can supply at reasonable prices, but you are free to source your own parts if you prefer.
- I will always give you an honest appraisal of your options. For example, if I believe that you would be wasting your money fixing an old system, I will tell you so.
